1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bepech ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account on bepech, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

bepech operates an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all products and sections of the bepech platform including sports betting, casino, live casino, poker, fishing games, virtual sports, and baccarat.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use bepech. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older. bepech takes underage gambling seriously. Age verification is required at the KYC stage and accounts where this cannot be confirmed are suspended pending documentation. Any funds deposited to a minor's account will be returned and the account permanently closed.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one bepech account. You may not create additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason. Duplicate accounts are identified through IP address matching, payment method cross-referencing, device fingerprinting, and identity document comparison. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, bepech reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and confiscate balances.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, and contact details. You must notify bepech promptly of any change to your registered details. bepech may request documentation to verify any information provided at any time.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bepech account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. bepech will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact bepech support immediately.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

bepech's services are directed at players in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws. bepech reserves the right to restrict or close accounts where access from a prohibited jurisdiction is detected.

3KYC Verification

bepech operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Completion of KYC is required before withdrawal requests are processed.

3.1 Documents Required

• Identity: A clear photograph of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing

The minimum withdrawal from a bepech account is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day. 5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by bepech are subject to specific terms stated at the point of activation. By activating a bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that specific promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a bepech account must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance and any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and validity period are stated for each promotion before activation. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked and visible in the Bonuses section of your account dashboard.

5.3 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute differently toward casino bonus wagering requirements on bepech. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live table games including baccarat and roulette contribute 20%. 5.4 One Bonus at a Time (Casino)

A player may hold only one active casino bonus at any time on bepech. Sports and poker bonuses operate in separate wallets and may run concurrently with a casino bonus. Players cannot activate a new casino bonus while one is in progress. A bonus may be cancelled voluntarily from the account dashboard, but any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited on cancellation.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

bepech monitors all bonus activity. Behaviour identified as bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, placing offsetting bets designed to meet wagering requirements without risk, using automated software, or collaborating with others to exploit promotional conditions — will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, voiding of related winnings, and possible account closure.

5.6 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on bepech carry a validity window ranging from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any unconverted winnings are forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bepech are subject to acceptance by the platform. bepech reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet is placed after the relevant event has started, where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, or where the bet falls outside standard market parameters.

6.2 Palpable Errors

Where a bet is placed at odds that are clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a system error or human data entry mistake, bepech reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings resulting from palpable error odds will not be paid out. bepech will notify affected players of any voids applied under this clause.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bepech will apply standard settlement rules appropriate to the sport and market. For most markets, bets on incomplete events are voided and stakes returned. Match result bets on events that commence but do not complete the standard duration may be settled on the result at the time of abandonment, depending on the specific sport rules applicable to that market.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, sport, and event on bepech. The applicable limits are displayed on the bet slip before the bet is confirmed. bepech may adjust stake limits at any time without notice, including applying personalised limits to specific accounts where warranted.

6.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on bepech update in real time and may be suspended or closed at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension notice is visually confirmed on the bet slip may be accepted or declined at bepech's discretion. Bets placed during network delays or feed disruptions may be voided where the accepted odds no longer reflect live conditions at the actual time of placement.

7Casino & Games

7.1 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG) based games on bepech — including slots, virtual sports, and RNG table games — use certified engines audited by independent third parties. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on request. bepech does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games on bepech are streamed from certified studios with physical card dealing and real roulette wheels. The dealing process is visible on camera throughout each round. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical processes and are not subject to RNG manipulation by bepech.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bepech and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account on bepech for any reason
• Providing false, inaccurate, or stolen identity information at registration or during KYC
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes, share account credentials, or coordinate betting strategies that exploit promotional offers
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of crime through the bepech platform
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing errors or cross-market discrepancies at scale
• Accessing bepech from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited and where bepech has notified users of the restriction
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bepech staff or other users via any channel

9Responsible Gaming

bepech does not sell player data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform. All data processors engaged by bepech are contractually bound to handle data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bepech platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, website design, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bepech or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bepech content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the property of the respective studios and is licensed to bepech for display on the platform. Any unauthorised copying, recording, or redistribution of game content is prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

bepech provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, bepech does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bepech's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited into the player's account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to a claim. bepech is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

bepech is not responsible for: losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security; network or connectivity issues on the player's side; incorrect information provided by the player at registration or KYC; or the player's use of the platform in breach of these Terms.

13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 bepech-Initiated Suspension

bepech reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is confirmed or suspected; KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period; fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is suspected; duplicate accounts are identified; or an account has been inactive for an extended period.

13.2 Account Closure on Request

Players may close their bepech account at any time by contacting support@bepech.net. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawn bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard KYC completion. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

13.3 Forfeiture on Abuse

Where account closure follows confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or Terms violations, bepech reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full, including any deposited funds, in accordance with the specific circumstances. Players will be informed of the reason for suspension in all but security-sensitive cases.

14Disputes & Complaints

bepech aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving transaction records or game logs may take longer; we will keep you updated on progress.

bepech's decision on complaints is final once the internal review process is complete. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event outcome. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

15Amendments to These Terms

bepech reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bepech will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification at login. Continued use of the bepech platform after notification of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using bepech and contact support to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal before the amendment takes effect.
